Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

CLARITY SERVICE

One-time consulting service


Payment Terms

100% payment required upfront before service is delivered.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your consultation once without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the service.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refund Eligibility: If you cancel 30 or more minutes before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your payment. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before your session will result in forfeiture of your full payment.

Intellectual Property

All recommendations, strategies, and insights provided during the Clarity consultation are the intellectual property of Chris Stars. You may use the guidance for your personal business use only. You may not resell, republish, or share the specific strategies without written permission.

Confidentiality

All information shared during your consultation will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.

PURPOSE SERVICE

2-week structured coaching programme


Payment Terms

100% payment required upfront before the programme begins.

Service Details
  • 2-week structured coaching experience
  • One 1-hour live coaching call per week (2 calls total)
  • Templates, worksheets, and implementation documents provided after each call
  • Access to course materials and resources
Coaching Calls

You will participate in one 1-hour live coaching call each week for two weeks. These are interactive, one-on-one calls with your coach. After each call, you will receive templates, worksheets, and documents to support your implementation.

Enrolment & Start Date

Once payment is received, your coaching programme will begin. You will receive all access information and your first call schedule within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

No refunds once enrolled (to ensure we dedicate resources and maintain quality coaching delivery). Once you are enrolled in the Purpose programme, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This protects the integrity of the coaching experience.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule one coaching call during the programme. Additional rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and approved by programme management.

Access & Participation

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to required technology for video calls. If you miss a scheduled call, a recording will be made available, but the live coaching interaction cannot be replicated.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, worksheets, and teachings are proprietary to Chris Stars Coaching and Consulting. You may not share, resell, or republish these materials without written permission.

EXECUTION SERVICE

Done-for-you project delivery service


Payment Terms
  • Large Projects (₦100,000+): 70% deposit upfront, 30% on completion
  • One-time Services: 100% payment upfront

  • Delivery of completed project (as specified in project brief)
  • Project files and deliverables provided in agreed format
Project Scope & Changes

Scope is determined during the initial project brief meeting. Changes to scope requested after work has begun may result in additional fees. All scope changes must be submitted in writing and approved before work continues.

Revision Policy

You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions based on the original project brief. Each revision round must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the work. Any revisions beyond the 2 included rounds will be charged at 5% of the initial project fee per revision.

Delivery Timeline

Project completion dates are provided at the start of the engagement. Extensions beyond the agreed timeline will be communicated in advance. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness will not extend the timeline.

Cancellation & Refunds

No refunds (to ensure we dedicate quality resources to your project). Upon project completion and delivery, work is final. We deliver excellent work that meets your project brief. Payment is non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights of the completed work transfer to you. You own the final deliverables and may use them for your business purposes.

Confidentiality

We will not share your work, strategies, or business information with other clients or third parties. Your project details remain confidential.

AUTOMATION SERVICE

Ongoing automation & systems setup service


Payment & Commitment Terms

Commitment Options: Select your commitment length at sign-up to ensure we can properly measure your business growth and deliver sustainable results:

  • 3-Month Commitment: Allows us to establish baseline, implement systems, and measure initial results
  • 6-Month Commitment: Deeper analysis, optimization, and strategic growth planning
  • 12-Month Commitment: Comprehensive support, continuous optimization, and maximum results
A minimum commitment helps us understand your systems, advise you better on growth strategies, and ensure lasting results. After 2 months, if you want to upgrade or adjust your plan, we can advise based on data and performance.
Payment Schedule

You may choose to pay monthly or in full upfront (full upfront receives additional 5% discount).

Early Exit Policy

If you wish to exit before your commitment period ends, the remaining balance for your commitment is due. For example: 6-month commitment at ₦240,000 (₦40,000/month). If you exit after month 3, you owe the remaining 3 months (₦120,000).

Platform Responsibility

We are responsible for setting up and optimising your automations. However, we are not responsible for platform outages, changes to third-party platforms, or data loss caused by platform failures. We recommend maintaining backups of critical data.

Cancellation & Refunds

Remaining balance on early cancellation is non-refundable and must be paid in full (to protect our resource allocation and ensure service quality).

Intellectual Property

All automation sequences, workflows, and systems documentation remain your property. You may access and modify them at any time with your platform credentials.

VISIBILITY SERVICE

Strategic content and visibility programme

Cancellation & Refunds

Non-refundable once booked (to ensure we dedicate resources and maintain content delivery quality). Visibility service payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun. This is because we immediately begin creating content, establishing posting schedules, and allocating resources.

Platform Responsibility

We are not responsible for changes made by social media platforms (algorithm changes, feature removals, account suspension, etc.). We will optimise content according to current platform best practices, but platform-side changes are outside our control.

Performance Expectations

Visibility results depend on multiple factors including platform algorithms, audience engagement, content quality, and market conditions. We commit to executing the agreed strategy consistently and optimising based on data.

Content Rights

You own all content created for your accounts. We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our work in our portfolio or case studies (without mentioning your specific business details).

VIRTUAL STAFF SERVICES

Ongoing team member services (Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Website Manager, Project Manager, Virtual Assistant)


Payment & Commitment Terms

Commitment Options: Select your commitment length at sign-up to ensure we can properly support your growth:

  • 3-Month Commitment: Allows us to establish your systems and understand your goals
  • 6-Month Commitment: Deeper integration and strategic growth planning
  • 12-Month Commitment: Comprehensive partnership and sustained results

A minimum commitment is important because one-off work doesn't guarantee sustainable results. It allows us to understand your business deeply, provide better strategic advice, and help you achieve your growth goals. After 2 months, if you want to upgrade your package or adjust your strategy, we can advise you based on performance data.

Payment Schedule

Monthly payment is due by the 5th of each month. Invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month.

Late Payment Surcharge

If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a 5% late payment surcharge will be applied to your invoice (to protect our operational capacity).

Our Team Member Assignment

We assign a dedicated team member from our Chris Stars team to work with you based on your service needs and their expertise. If adjustments are needed, we manage those changes to ensure continuity of service.

Service Details

Our assigned team member will provide the services outlined in the service agreement. This includes:

  1. Regular task completion and project management
  2. Communication within 24 hours of contact
  3. Weekly status updates on current projects
  4. Collaboration with other team members as needed
Communication Standards

Our team member commits to responding to all messages within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM). Weekends and public holidays may have delayed response times.

System Access & Security

You will provide login credentials to necessary systems (social media platforms, email, project management tools, etc.). Our team member will sign an NDA agreeing to keep all credentials and information confidential and secure.

Removal from Service - Security Protocol

For your platform security and safety: We ask that you communicate with us before removing our team member's access. This allows us to log out securely from all your systems and platforms. Once we've completed the secure logout process, you can bring in your next team member. This protects your data, platforms, and business from potential security vulnerabilities.
If access is removed without notice, we won't be able to properly log out, which could create security gaps in your systems. We recommend always giving us advance notice so we can ensure a smooth and secure transition.

Notification of Other Team Members

If you plan to hire another team member or virtual assistant to support the same areas of work, please inform us in writing in advance. This helps us coordinate efforts, avoid duplicating work, and maintain security of your systems and information.

Early Termination

If you wish to end the engagement before your commitment period ends, the remaining balance is due. For example: 6-month engagement at ₦240,000/month. If you terminate after month 2, the remaining 4 months (₦960,000) becomes due in full (to protect our resource planning and service quality).

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Our team member will sign an NDA protecting your business information, strategies, client lists, financial information, and any other confidential data they access. This agreement continues beyond the service period.

Intellectual Property

All work product created by our team member (content, designs, documents, strategies) is your property. The team member retains no rights to the work after the engagement ends.

Performance & Changes

If you are not satisfied with your team member's performance, notify us in writing. We will address performance issues directly with the team member and may arrange a replacement if necessary. Changes in team members do not extend your commitment period.

Scope of Work

The team member will focus on the agreed scope of work outlined in the service agreement. Requests significantly outside this scope may incur additional fees or require a revised agreement.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (ALL SERVICES)

One-time consulting service


Testimonials & Reviews

We may request permission to use your name and feedback as a testimonial or case study. Permission is permanent:

  • Once you give us verbal, WhatsApp, email, or written permission, we own the right to use your testimonial
  • You can notify us which specific testimonials you prefer not to have shared publicly, and we will respect that
  • You cannot revoke the entire permission retroactively
  • Refusal to provide a testimonial will not affect your service

Data Privacy & Protection
We take your privacy seriously. We will:
  • Never sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • Use your information only for service delivery and improvement
  • Comply with data protection regulations
  • Keep your data secure with encrypted systems
Communication

You may communicate with us via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels. We commit to responding within 24 business hours. For urgent matters, call 08084173217.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service delivery methods, platforms, or tools if necessary. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes and will not reduce the quality or scope of service without your approval.

Third-Party Platforms

Some services involve third-party platforms (Google Drive, email service providers, social media platforms, etc.). If these platforms experience outages, data loss, or policy changes, we are not responsible. However, we will work quickly to resolve issues on our end and assist you in recovering from platform-side problems.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We provide services on an "as-is" basis and make no guarantees about specific business results, growth rates, or financial outcomes.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we commit to resolving it fairly and professionally. Please contact us in writing with your concern. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 14 days through mediation and mutual discussion.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with Nigerian law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with your signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chris Stars Coaching and Consulting. No other verbal or written agreements supersede these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new terms or terminate your service.
