Client Obligations

Clients are expected to:

Payment Terms

All payments are to be made upfront through our electronic payments gateway.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel their service within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled time frame.
  • If a service has been partially rendered, clients can switch to another service within the company, with a 70% refund of the original service fee.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once any service has been rendered, except as specified for service switching.

Dispute Resolution
